GWADAR: Chinese firm East Ocean Gathering Restricted (ESGL) has sent off plans to set up a $4.5 billion petroleum treatment facility in Gwadar with a yearly oil handling limit of 8 million tons. As per Gwadar Genius, the task will be developed in 2 stages, the primary stage will have a yearly refining limit of 5 million tons.
